content marketingThe best way to reach a broader audience is to recycle and extend the lifetime of your content. You can do this by recreating your perfect blog posts into other mediums. Some people like reading blog posts, but others prefer visual platforms. You can use this to access a broader audience with your content.

At Grace Core we are content experts and we want to see you get the most out everything you write, so below we’ll look at 10 quick effective tips for content marketing.

The first three are harder than the others, especially if you don’t feel you’re tech-savvy enough to pull them off; but don’t worry, we have the expertise to help you out.

Recreate Your Content into a Webinar

Some people prefer webinars over blog posts. Many webinars happen over lunch time so people can take a break from their work. They can listen live, get information and share comments on a topic they’re interested in learning about. You’ll probably need more than one post though to have enough content to fill 20 – 30 minutes. There are different tools, software and services you can use to create a webinar. A popular one is GotoWebinar.

Transform Your Content Into a Video

Some people only watch videos because they don’t like reading. After you’ve created your video, you can publish it on YouTube and then promote it on your blog and social media.

If you’ve never made a content video, you can go to a website called Powtoon. They offer free animated videos and presentations that you can use to get started. Or, for a fee, there are some great professional video makers who can produce an amazing video with your content.

Use Your Content to Record a Podcast

A lot of people prefer podcasts because they can listen to them in their car, at the gym, when they’re out walking, etc. If you want someone to make podcast for you, go to Fiverr and find someone to read your blog aloud and record it.

Design an Infographic

Visual content gets shared the most. You can create an infographic by copying and pasting the most relevant information into your graphic. If you’re graphically challenged you can use a free program such as Canva.

Recycle Your Content and Create an Ebook

You can take a number of posts on the same topic and transform it into an ebook that you can offer to your readers as a download. Organize the content into chapters, write an introduction and conclusion, copy some high-quality graphics, create a table of contents, and save it as a PDF. It’s a lot easier to do than you may think.

Hire a Designer to Create a Professional Looking Whitepaper or Guide

Although some people like reading blogs, they also like to download whitepapers because it feels more formal to them. Whitepapers are usually well-designed, so if you don’t have designer skills, outsource the work to a designer. You can copy and paste your content to form the body of the whitepaper.

Share Your Content as a PDF

Copy and paste your content into google docs or a word document, and save it as a PDF. Then you can use it to send in emails and add it to the resource sections of your website.

Create an Email Course

Break down your content into at least five smaller pieces. Get an Autoresponder and have them go out to subscribers at certain intervals, such as every second day. This is a great way to attract new readers, and provide value to your current readers.

Share Your Content on Social Media

Share your content more than once on social media so you can hit a broader range of readers. You can post it directly to each site or use a free program, such as Hootsuite, where you can set your segments to go out on a schedule.

Contact Industry Influencers

Don’t be afraid to contact your resources and let them know that they played an important part in the creation of your post. It never hurts to network. You can reach them in different ways, such as sending them a direct email, messaging them on LinkedIn, mentioning them on Twitter or other social media websites.

Now, before you do all the work of recycling your content, you need to make sure it is search engine optimized, will engage readers to drive traffic to your site, and keep the search engines happy.
